    The Medeia is a 110’, 350-ton fisheries research and management vessel working
    the inside, near and offshore waters of SE Alaska with a crew of four and scientific
    staff of 10.

    Position primarily served as the vessel's relief captain, staff captain and chief
    engineer overseeing deck operations, scientific gear deployment & retrieval, system
    maintenance, repair and up-grades, capital improvement budget development and
    contract preparations.

    Waters operated: SE Alaska inside & near-shore, Gulf of Alaska, Prince William
    Sound, British Columbia inside & near-shore waters.

    The P/V Enforcer was a 65’, 100-ton fisheries and
    wildlife patrol vessel working the inside, near and
    offshore waters of SE Alaska with a crew of four and law
    enforcement staff of two to six.

    Position primarily served as the vessel's operating
    engineer overseeing deck operations, vessel and
    systems maintenance repair and up-grades,
    budget development and contract preparations.

    Waters operated: SE Alaska inside & near-shore

    Position: Captain, Principal

    Principal of a maritime consulting business providing a full range
    of small vessel (vessels less than 100 tons) services and deliveries.  
    Delivered 45 vessels between Southeast Alaska and Washington State
    via British Columbia inside and outer passages.

    General responsibilities included activities necessary for the
    successful operation of a small business, the safe and reliable
    operation of vessels delivered over long distances, auxiliary systems
    design and installation, vessel surveys and appraisals.
